Those instructions are not for Outreachy contributions. However, you can get feedback from mentors in the submission feedback category.
For example, when you are done with the skill tree, you can ask for feedback. Same for the skill table, etc.
Note that this is not compulsory though, you don't have to get feedback from mentors.
