Skill results, do I mark it as correct or do I mark it as incorrect?

I've noticed something with questions with multiple answers; my participant sometimes would pick one correct option but wouldn't pick the rest, or they would pick some correct options but would also include one wrong option. Should I mark these as correct or wrong in the result spreadsheet?

Hi @CarolineEze You should mark it as wrong.

It's an 'item selection' question, so if your participant didn't select all the correct options to a question, then it should be marked incorrect. All correct options must be selected for it to be marked right.

It should be marked as wrong. All selected options must correlate with what is in the correct response sheet for it to be marked as correct.

For an item selection question, all correct options have to be selected for that question to be marked as correct. Hence, if a participant omits any of the expected options, it's marked as incorrect.

@CarolineEze to add to what has been said, there's a column after inputting whether the answer is wrong or correct that has to do with item selection questions for when they exclude a correct option or add an incorrect one with the other correct ones. You input Added: (the wrong option) or Excluded:( input the excluded option))
