Clarification on Art request

we are to make art request and at least 4 images for the request, but one of the section the in sheet to art request asked for link to "finished image and also reference image" let say i have successfully make 4 images for the art request which will be in my folder for "graphics" the rest of my art request that i do not have finished images and reference images, can i leave the space blank, if not what should i do?

You can leave the space blank if you have included links for at least 4 images you created and as well written well detailed description of the proposed images in your script.

However, if in your script, you also included some images sourced from the internet, that can as well serve as the reference images. So you can include the links for those ones in the space for reference images.

For images you created using the art creation guideline, include them to the spreadshet column, "Link to finished image", for thr ones you didn't leave it blank.

All reference images (images sourced from the internet), should be added to "reference image". This would be used as a reference guide by the art creation team.

You may choose to leave the space empty if you've included links for at least four self-created images and provided a thorough description of each in your script. All reference images can be images sourced from the internet. It would be used as a guide by the arts creation team.

Otherwise, feel free to use internet images as references for the art team. Paste the link of the internet image in the reference column.
