Outreachy email clarifications

I applied for outreachy with an outlook account but my documents in my google drive are linked to my gmail account.

Would that be an issue @Kebith and @Raffysul

I saw your comment on having two Gmail account, one for Outreachy and one linked with Github. Your comment was 'You can ignore the email used to register your GitHub account. But make sure the email you signed up with on the Outreachy website is consistent with the one linked to your Google drive -the one being used for your contributions'.

Yes, the email on the drive has to correspond with the email on your outreachy account for easy identification.

Is there a way to create your folders in outlook and maybe use that to avoid the conflict?

@thecybergirl , Every gmail account comes with a google suite -G Suite tools include Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Calendar, Google+, Sites, Hangouts,etc.

This means that you need to be consistent with the same gmail account that you used for Outreachy registration and your contribution, for easy traceability.

As for the outlook account that you already used for your Outreachy account, you can reach to @Kebith and @Raffysul for further clarification.

Thank you @Raffysul . I gave the necessary access and I tried accessing the link from another account and I could view it and so could others but just as you need a google account to access google drive links you need a Microsoft account to also access one drive links. Hopefully the Oppia team has a Microsoft account to view it.
This answer is a relief. I have been working on this project so I was a bit worried if I was going about it the right way.
