Add interfaces which used to interact with the edge-side platform #1

  1. The added interface abstracts the method of interacting with the edge platform, such as EdgeX Foundry.
  2. Through the implementation of these interfaces, OpenYurt can interact with the edge side platform, such as the addition, deletion, and modification of objects on the edge side platform.
