Details:

Humble suggestion for dependency on the SUSE platform and compatibility with openSUSE Linux.

As an official opensuse developer and intel innovator, I am taking an individual initiative to make openvino compatible with opensuse.
Here the results of the work will soon see the .rpm packages officially on opensuse.

Hi @cabelo
Thanks for the contribution. It would great to discuss further steps privately to understand we are aligned on what and how will be exposed via RPM packages.
We already have RPM packages on Intel repository (https://docs.openvino.ai/2023.1/openvino_docs_install_guides_installing_openvino_yum.html), so it would be great to understand whether the packages structure will be the same or somehow adjusted according to openSUSE rules, BKMs.
You can reach me out by email in my github profile.
