Testing an Apple Pencil with iD on an iPad, it can pan the map but not select or draw features. This is annoying since styluses should be better at working with vector data than fingers. I'm not sure if other styluses are affected or if this is related to #4877.

My best guess is that iD is interpreting the pencil input events as swipe gestures instead of mouse events.

I'm not sure if this and #7380 could be solved by #5505 but it certainly wouldn't hurt.
