For example, with Doxygen 1.12, the tabs on main page ("Main Page", "Related Pages", "Classes", etc.) don't have their normal buttons and "Classes" has a black square character next to it.

The Mac builds in the CI use the latest version of Doxygen via Homebrew, and therefore have this problem. The Windows builds do not currently build the documentation.
