Use the upstream registry role and also use a TCP proxy instead of SSL #42

SSL proxies complicate the logic of the master. The upstream GCS registry role should now be functional

@kwoodson this is getting origin-gce ready for your role, also switches us to a single volume model and overlay on origin-gce (by default, we were already testing with it)

Ensure system volumes grow on startup to match full disk size
Not recommended to use this with devicemapper, but overlay should work
well.
