Looks like we are still waiting on a 1.3.7 OpenSearch build [1], I don't see any as of this writing

@zelinh It looks like OpenSearch has its version incremented to 1.3.7 [1], but I still don't see a build in Jenkins for that version. Do you know if something is stuck that needs attention?

@peternied We haven't merged this PR to start cron job building for 1.3.7 so that's why we don't have 1.3.7 build now.
