[META] UX improvements and bug fixes

The issue is intended to track progress on improving the quality of user experience provided by OpenSearch Security Analytics by aligning to the OUI components and the design system guidance and by improving interactions with the pages.
The improvements are organized by page/experience so they can be implemented separately.
