Options dashboard and filtering the display of available options

I want to filter the available choices in the Options dashboard.

When adding filters like in the other dashboards, the results should display only the filtered options.

Thanks for submitting this issue! This is a good point. Would it work to denote included options with a checkmark icon (or something similar) and denote options that are filtered out with a different icon?

I think we'll need to investigate the impact and propose a solution for each of the filtering use cases.

Ideally it should work like the other features where it hides the options not available because they are being filtered out.
