The files in packages/osd-ui-framework/dist aren't up to date. Running yarn uiFramework:compileCss updates them and makes significant changes to their contents. This should just be a matter of running yarn uiFramework:compileCss.

I don't know what our current status is with supporting Kui and related files, so I don't know if this is something we should be focusing on. Maintainers can add context :)

We're in the process of completely deprecating and removing KUI. See #1060

So I think we can probably skip updating and just focus on removal, migration, and mitigation.
