We think Streamlit may be suitable for developing OpenPathology dashboards. To better understand what it can (and can't) do, we will use it to recreate the OpenSAFELY Service Restoration Observatory Liver Function Testing key measure.
The data for the key measure are published at https://jobs.opensafely.org/service-restoration-observatory/sro-key-measures-dashboard/published/01GGZ12739P6B7Z00QAJBTBKK3/.
We should create an
app
module with this repo, which should contain our dashboard modules. For simplicity, let's call this dashboard moduleapp.sro_key_measures.py
