Job Server has a number of scheduled jobs with an associated django cron configuration.

Other aspects of Job Server's functionality have Sentry monitoring enabled.

It would be good to extend this monitoring to the cron jobs using Sentry's cron monitoring as we have done with the metrics codebase.
