Hi @dvalters and apologies for the delay in getting this going (I've been out of office).

Based on the number of lines of code for this project, I need to ping the editorial board and check that it is in scope for substantial scholarly effort. This will take 1-2 weeks.

Hi @dvalters and sorry for my delay. I'm afraid this didn't pass our scope check, being just over our desk reject LOC of 300.
