Changes:

Introduced JsonUtils.getStringOrDefault
Updated Enquire render code to replace null strings with empty strings/zeros
Fixed InsureePolicy not being added to Insuree after policy is added but not activated (CHF case)
Fixed Insuree form not getting closed on save when InsureeId = 6 and InsureeId = 7

Additional changes:

Replaced org.apache.http.legacy static file import with gradle reference


          OTC-683 Fixed no InsureePolicy after Policy
