The content looks good to me @zarubaf, thanks for getting this captured. It is not clear where is the best place to put this information, but for now its important to ensure it is recorded somewhere. We can deside on changes to format and/or location later.
I have approved this PR, but recommend we wait for comments from @rickoco and @DBees before merging.

Started to document the ID codes as we need to change those for the CORE-V MCU TO. I have tentatively assigned the MCU project ID
