The tests and the builds have been moved to github actions. This PR removes the travis.yml file.

@shubham14bajpai The travis variables from push, and sanity tests need to be removed. Also, the build badges need to be replaced.

The push and sanity test scripts are already moved to new variables. Added the build badge.
