Default the example kfdef to have odh-dashboard to use the authentication overlay #172

Description

Update the example kfdef that is automatically filled in when creating a new kfdef to utilize the authentication overlay for odh-dashboard.

How Has This Been Tested?

Manually modified csv on running cluster to validate default change

Merge criteria:

  • The commits are squashed in a cohesive manner and have meaningful messages.
  • Testing instructions have been added in the PR body (for PRs involving changes that are not immediately obvious).
  • The developer has manually tested the changes and verified that the changes work

I'm waiting for a opendatahub-io member to verify that this patch is reasonable to test. If it is, they should reply with /ok-to-test on its own line. Until that is done, I will not automatically test new commits in this PR, but the usual testing commands by org members will still work. Regular contributors should join the org to skip this step.

Once the patch is verified, the new status will be reflected by the ok-to-test label.
