This one was not linked anywhere, and its history is not super clear:
- Introduced in new route /:hostSlug/collectives/expenses to manage expenses across all hosted collectives #55 (but not linked)
- Reverted in Revert " new route /:hostSlug/collectives/expenses to manage expenses across all hosted collectives" #56
- Re-introduced in Revert "Revert " new route /:hostSlug/collectives/expenses to manage expenses across all hosted collectives"" #59 (but not linked)
- Linked in add manage expenses link for hosts #256
- Unlinked in /:host/collectives/expenses -> /:host/dashboard with link in menu bar #619
So I decided to remove it.
