This ssue s checked by Mr.Raymond of OPENCART, but he also could not find a solution. Hence it is a bug. The details of the bug are mentioned below.
Multi-site - When we click on Home or Continue on the second site, system redirects to first Site. Both the sites have their Home Pages as "common/home". Except for this issue, both the sites are working fine. Please respond with appropriate solution.

Pavan

this is not a bug! this is how you have setup your server! do not post your personal problems caused by your self on the opencart bug tracker!

it works fine for thousands of other users!

raymond should have contacted me or someone else to see what the problem was if he couldn't work it out himself!

you have probably not put the correct url in the admin setting > your store
or maybe you have a redirect you or someone else put in your .htaccess

Hi Daniel,I have two sites. First Site – www.gift2hyderabad.comSecond
Site – www.krishbazaar.com

What I did to add new site i.e. krishbazaar.com, I have mentioned below.

CPANEL – Addon Domain (krishbazaar.com)

Third site you see the in CPanel (krishaytech.com) is a dummy one,
added just a couple of days back.

SETTINGS – krishbazaar.com (second site)

HOME PAGE LAYOUT – krishbazaar.com *(second site)*

Other than these, do I need to do anything more? I have the following
issues which I sent to OPENCART also.

But when I click on "Home" or "Continue" button system on any of the
Pages of second site, it directs me to the Home Page of first site.

And another issue is the second site is not displaying the Items in
the FEATURED (name changed to 'Low Priced Products"). If I increase
the limit, just a few Products are displayed. How do we resolve these
issues?

I am providing the Login details for

both Opencart Admin and CPanel. Please look into these issues and advise
me. Our work is stopped because of ths.

CPANEL Login details:

oh! I thought this mail will go to you directly. Hope others have not seen
and accessed my CPANEL and Login to OPENCART.
Anyways, I have changed the passwords now.
Your point "also you have a redirect on your htaccess!" means that I need
to change that redirect to the second site (krishbazaar.com). I have two
questions.

  1. Will it not affect Home/Continue button of first site?
  2. Will the problem of "Featured" be solved with this?
Your reply would be of great help. Because of these two issues we are not
able to launch the second site.

The github repository is a development and bug tracker for developers. It is not for support. If you need support try the community support forum at http://forum.opencart.com.

Kiran -

It's clear you don't know what you are doing. You need to go into your root directory and look at your .htaccess file (if you are using an FTP client on a Mac it might not show up because files with the naming extension . are hidden by default - so make sure you have show hidden files turned on).

Send me a PM and I can walk you through getting the htaccess redirect fixed, I'd advise you don't post here again as this is for developers and you are looking for support (as mentioned several times before). It's a waste of Daniel's time to be providing you with support when 10 of thousands of other developers/businesses/users of OC are waiting for his next release of OC!

Best of luck!
