ImJoy Plugin Repository for UC2 projects Project Template

  1. Folder imjoy-plugins: contains the ImJoy plugin files (extension 'imjoy.html').
  2. File manifest.imjoy.json: specifies how your ImJoy plugins will be shown in the ImJoy plugin import menu
  3. Folder data: contains some sample data to be processed with the plugins

Creating url to automatically install your plugins

The ImJoy plugin files can be used to generate a url which automatically opens ImJoy and installs your plugin with all dependencies.

This example install the template plugin: Template Plugin

Once the plugin is installed, click Template Plugin in the plugin menu and follow the instructions in the dialog to install the Python Plugin Engine. You can then execute the plugin.

Tutorial to install the plugins

1.) Go to:

https://imjoy.io/#/app

2.) Add Computing Engine using the rocket-symbol; select “another Computer” and enter the URL (replace XX with given my UC2):

3.) Enter Token:

4.) Add UC2-ImJoy Plugin Repository (paste and hit enter) • https://github.com/bionanoimaging/UC2-ImJoy-Plugins

5.) Select „UC2 Janelia Workshop“ by clicking on the cloud to install it

6.) In the side-bar select “UC2 Janelia Workshop”

6.) Select any image and upload it

7.) Wait and keep your fingers pressed
