Tumbleweed installs Valkey instead of Redis by default now. Handle this by including our Valkey formula instead if Tumbleweed is detected. This patch does not fully work "together" with the migration script included with the Valkey package - on systems with existing Redis installations the Valkey migration should be performed interactively - it merely helps to avoid breakage until legacy state includes and pillar keys get adjusted.
