  • Closes Standardise cSpell:ignore front-matter page-local encoding + add CI check #2969
  • Adds a dict-check job
  • Extends check:spelling and GH spelling check action, to check data (excluding registry), and layouts markdown files
  • Adds a fix NPM script that runs all fix:* scripts
  • Adds a few Hugo related words to the cSpell word list
  • Updates CONTRIBUTING.md to mention the new test and fix scripts
  • Shortens workflow names: drop the "Check" prefix, since they're all checks anyways :).
