- Contributes to [CI/infra] Doc file names: use kebab-case not snake_case #780
- Drops unused resources
- Renames files under the directories "assets content static" to ensure that they names are in kebab-case
- Adds NPM scripts to support the checks
- Adds a GitHub action to check filenames
