It's curious that it is getting stuck specifically on the instrumentation tests? I noticed mine PR #2013 is getting stuck at run tox while your #2022 is getting stuck at install tox. But yours was run 5 hours ago and mine only 2 hours ago. I guess we still just have to sit and wait? Doesn't look like we hit our limit?
