Which problem is this PR solving?

• tests are failing for [email protected], which was released yesterday with refactored internal code. We rely on that code in our instrumentation, see [instrumentation-mongodb] test failing for [email protected]  #1983
• to prevent potential breakages in end-user apps, I propose temporarily not instrumenting [email protected] until we have a permanent fix ready

Short description of the changes

• change supported range from 6.* to >=6 <6.4
• temporarily suspend testing of mongodb@<6.4
