test(koa): add test all versions to @koa/router

Which problem is this PR solving?

• Following renovate PR chore(deps): update dependency @koa/router to v12 #1240 to bump @koa/router to latest version 12, I noticed that koa instrumentation applies patches to instrument @koa/router here, but the various @koa/router versions are tested only for the single version in package.json.

Short description of the changes

• This PR adds some of the most downloadable versions of @koa/router to test-all-versions. I made sure to take at least one from each major version, and leave the last version open to automatically test for new versions in the future.
