org.jetbrains.kotlinx:kotlinx-coroutines-core:1.6.1adds a secondnewCoroutineContextthat we shouldn't instrument. When we instrument it the order ofKotlinContextElementand user addedThreadContextElementgets reversed. If user addedThreadContextElementchanges opentelemetry context then these changes will get overwritten byKotlinContextElement.
