We're already doing that for
SpanNameExtractor,OperationMetrics,ContextCustomizer, etc., so I figured we should do the same forAttributesExtractorimplementation. Also, none of the implementations have any additional public surface - aside from the builder/factory method users can just simply use the interface everywhere.
