Add
kafkaQueueProblemsfeatureflag to flagd file and added FLAGD_HOST & FLAGD_PORT environment variables. Also adjusted resource limits of the frauddetection service since it kept dying.See upstream PR here: open-telemetry/opentelemetry-demo#1528
