Proposing to add @Kielek as a Maintainer for the contrib repo.
Piotr has been an active Approver and has made significant contributions to general maintenance and upkeep of the repo. He became the # 3 top contributor of this repo in less than a year. He is also a Maintainer of the instrumentation repo (https://github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-dotnet-instrumentation) and I feel it would be great to utilize his expertise and increase his scope of involvement.
