Use MY_POD_IP var for http receiver endpoint

Change the http receiver endpoint to MY_POD_IP.
With 127.0.0.1 hardcoded, the http receiver is only connected to the loopback interface and not accessible to other clients.

This file was originally generated using make generate-kubernetes-manifests, which uses Helm behind the scenes. Our version in this repo is outdated from what the helm chart would create today.

Technically if you want to allow port forwarding and ingress, the endpoint needs to be set to 0.0.0.0:4318, which is the same as you will get if you run the make command.

Please run make generate-kubernetes-manifests and submit the output from that for this PR.

Now that I think about it... might make sense to add an additional comment below the copyright to indicate this file is generated, so people don't try to edit it.

Adding this to the Makefile command after it adds the copyright should do it:
