- Fix wording in the LANGUAGE and ottlfuncs/README files.
- Remove the examples, which aren't valid config for any Collector processor. We can lean on individual processor/connector readmes for examples.
- In tandem with the above, link out to a few components that use OTTL.
- Remove the reference to the processing exploration doc, which at this point is only of historical interest.
- Reword a few things in the package's readme.
