This worked for explore:

npx octoherd-script-copy-labels \
  --template "open-sauced/open-sauced" \
  -T $GH_TOKEN \
  -R "open-sauced/docs.opensauced.pizza" 

We don't have any labels

maybe @bdougie has some ideas on workarounds if the script doesn't work

Seems to have just worked today - as a note, it got a different order of labels than the requests that were failing
