Motivation

fix some bug in requirements and DockerFile

Modification

When build with DockerFile, Error may occur in line13 "apt-get" because of no key, Error may occur in line19 "git clone" because of no permission, Error may occur in line24 "pip install" because of "Double requirement given for 'transform'".
