- Additional changes which allows debug c++ projects while debugging orginal MiningCore project
- "nativeDebugging": true added to launch settings for native debugging
- vc++ preprocessor definitions fixed ( but still needs some cleaning )
- vc++ debugger type changed to "mixed" for better mixed debugging
- PreloadDebuggableNativeLibs c# function added for whome willing to fix/debug c++ projects
