the Tau docs need an update involving:

export TAU_MAKEFILE=/sw/summit/tau/tau2/ibm64linux/lib/Makefile.tau-xl-papi-cupti-openmp
export TAU_OPTIONS='-optCompile=-qoffload -optLinking=-qoffload'
tau_f90.sh -optCompInst omp_example.f90
