Major change in code base from OpenLabyrinth v2.6.1 but retains the same compatibility with the ANSI/Medbiq MVP format.
Cases from OLab2 can be cleanly imported into OLab3.

Code now fully open-source, based on Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP (LAMP).

Visual Editor now completely rewritten and fully integrated into OLab3. No dependency on VUE concept mapping tool.
