In https://github.com/oicr-gsi/illumina-run-dirs/blob/ec24b3592dd76d234055174a0bdd4e53f3b6dc1c/report/report_qc_delivery_time.pl : we stopped generated this file in early 2019. Remove it from the script and check with it using runscanner or some other approved method (e.g. Pinery)
