I added plugins for tmux and screen

There isn't much in them, but now if I add tmux to the plugins array it will start tmux and reattach automagically (same for screen).

I wrote a more involved tmux and screen plugins in my fork in relation to #377.

Don't pull mine as they are garbage, but we should add plugins for tmux and screen.
