Changes since 1.1.5:
- IO safety integrations (`OwnedFd` etc.) are now always enabled, and
  the `io_safety` feature does nothing. It's retained only for backwards
  compatibility. This bumps the MSRV to 1.63.
- Added support for visionOS. Contributed by @eugenehp.
