CHANGES: - Fix string quoting in the json file written by `--trace-file` (ocaml/dune#7773, @rleshchinskiy) - Read `pkg-config` arguments from the `PKG_CONFIG_ARGN` environment variable (ocaml/dune#1492, ocaml/dune#7734, @anmonteiro) - Correctly set `MANPATH` in `dune exec`. Previously, we would use the `bin/` directory of the context.
