What is this repo for, and what is its shortcomings?

Ovirt site is a repository holding all the code ovirt.org site. It is well costumed for publishing official pieces of information:

• project updates
• releases
• related conferences
• articles (case-studies, etc..)

What it is less suited for? Developers and users who want to quickly and easily write posts, blogs, design/feature pages, how-to's and so on need a space which encourages fast collaboration, hence alternative tooling is needed instead of this pull-request base workflow.

What options do we have? Github wiki, Github pages, other wiki installation over openshift - each with its own pros and cons, but at least a better fit for the job.
