Fixes: #120
Closes: #119 (NPM_TOKEN is not recognised via forked repo)

Changes

  • Added JS-DevTools/npm-publish Action
  • Publish to npm by changing version in package.json
  • Test npm publish in PRs by enabling --dry-run option
