Allowing Calm DSL to manual sync platform account #251

As of now, this is not possible to sync the account added to Calm with Calm DSL.

We should be able to manually trigger a platform sync operation, similair to this API call: https://www.nutanix.dev/api_references/calm/#/2d570f6cd2dd9-trigger-platform-sync

1. Deleting ResourceType, Provider and Account entity when account is
customer_type else deleting only account entity
2. Verified by creating and deleting cred-provider account through DSL
