Sorting bugfix

This release fixes a bug that caused sorting to be reversed on lookups that contiain both priority levels and weighting levels.

Fully implemented spec with installer

We now support the DNS SRV spec including optional service port and weighting capability. Created a convenient installer and called it a release.
