Current Behavior
When running multiple tasks (8+) (e.g. via run-many), its possible to see an emit listeners warning for
process.on('exit')
. This is because run-commands impl was registering a new listener for each command it ran.Expected Behavior
Run-commands impl registers one listener, and cleans up its registered listeners when something fails
