fix(core): various release fixes

• adds support for SSH based gh CLI sessions as a means of authenticating the github API requests (previously only web/HTTPS was supported)
• aligns changelog generation with conventional-commits with regards to what commits are considered relevant for a particular project
• changelog renderers now receive a copy of the project graph (in order to facilitate the above point, but also probably very useful in general for custom renderers)
• Corrects some Github to GitHub usage in output and comments
